You see this pendant???????? It's mine from today June 11 2013 at 7:30 pm. It is my Brisingamen. I still cannot believe it. It's SO special for me. It GATHERS it all. I'm deeply MOVED <3<3<3

Celtic Fox Necklace crafted from Alder -

This gorgeous necklace has a Celtic Fox pyrographed on it surrounded by spirals.

The bead itself is 1.6 inches long.

Alder is a gateway tree, magical and excellent in defensive magic. One of its associated animals is the fox, cunning, clever, a shapeshifter, the trickster, and most active during the in-between times of twilight and dawn.

The wooden bead is accompanied on either side with ruby (for passion , protection and fearlessness), copper (for conduction of energy) and goldstone (gently uplifting, promotes vitality) beads interspersed with brass spiral spacers for projection and strung on a black waxed cotton cord.

This is a wonderful necklace to tap into the energy of the fox, excellent to wear for shamanic purposes but also in ritual and for every day.

THE LAST W!LD WITCH OR SHAMAN

En este bloc quizá despiste que, mezclados con los artículos sobre recetas, nutrición, etc., también los hay de espiritualidad (animales totémicos, senda chamánica...). Es todo inherente e inextricable a mi naturaleza de brujita de cocina. No obstante, el tema de interés número uno será el de nutrición y salud, pero no desde el punto de vista de una cocinera, o dietista o nutricionista etc. sino desde la visión orgánica y espiritual de una brujita de cocina. En la cocina de las brujas se tienen en cuenta muchas otras cosas.. se trabaja de otra manera.. es una alquimia diferente. Es una runa de fuego, agua, aire y tierra donde conectar con las raíces de la Tierra a través de los alimentos que tan generosamente nos legan sus bondades, propiedades y virtudes, haciéndonos así partícipes del Círculo Verde de la Savia Sabia.

I knew last Fall that change was coming. I kept referring to 2011 as Year of the Fox without knowing exactly what that meant, and I still don't...exactly. I sit in the ultimate unknown, wondering what aspects of my life will really shapeshift and turn corners, knowing that Fox's giant fluffy tail will comfort me through the moments as change rolls in and over me. All I can do is take refuge and cozy down in my den with my kits when necessary. In this painting, Fox is graceful change. She begins her process opening up to new patterns she may not have considered before. Fox changes herself to bring about a desired situation, not unlike shapeshifting. She may use camouflage or invisibility to burrow under and blend in if necessary, in order to find out how she fits in. She listens carefully, creates comfort all around her, and tunes into her instincts. Her keen perception serves her well when the time comes to make a decision. Fox cozies up and protects herself before she trots off into her new adventure, expecting the unexpected, and willing to be guided. This little vixen is ready for whatever comes next!

STORYTELLER. PINK FOX

Fox is so prominent for me right now. I feel she represents what is growing in my world, in our world. She brings enchanting stories of possibility with her, of the healing energy that makes giant creative leaps possible. In our tribe, Fox is a symbol of family, and the unity and commitment we share as a group. This little one carries a message of what we can experience when we gather together in sacred trust and kinship. I sense that she is off into the woods to have a secret tryst with her comrades, to share stories and learn about herself and the world by communing with her friends.
